Shipping policy
Indy Film Distribution ships orders within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, material availability, and whether items are cut to size.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Cut-to-size materials require additional handling time and may ship separately from full roll or stock items.
Shipping Methods and Transit Times
Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. All transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
We are able to ship using any carrier preferred by the customer, subject to feasibility and service availability. Customers may also choose to ship using their own carrier account. Arrangements for third-party billing or customer-provided shipping accounts must be made prior to order processing.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on estimated package weight, dimensions, and destination. These estimates are provided in good faith but may not reflect the final shipping cost for all orders.
For orders where actual shipping costs differ significantly from the checkout estimate — due to factors such as oversized packaging, freight requirements, remote delivery locations, or carrier rate adjustments — we reserve the right to contact you prior to shipment with the corrected cost. You will have the opportunity to approve the updated charge before your order ships. If we are unable to reach you or an agreement cannot be reached, we may cancel and refund the order.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
When shipping on a customer-provided carrier account, the customer assumes responsibility for all shipping charges, carrier fees, and any billing adjustments.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, any reshipment or refund will be issued minus original shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing has begun. This is especially important for cut-to-size materials, which are processed specifically for each order.
Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery. Photo documentation of the product and packaging is required.

Do not discard packaging or materials until the issue has been reviewed and resolved.
Minor cosmetic damage to outer packaging, including scuffs, dents, or crushed corners that do not affect the usable material, does not qualify as product damage.
Lost Shipments
Lost shipments will be handled on a case-by-case basis after the carrier has completed their investigation.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages. This may result in multiple tracking numbers.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to the customer once the shipment is tendered to the carrier.
