Return & Refund Policy

At Indy Film Distribution, we stand behind the quality of the materials we sell. Because many of our products are cut to order, please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

Cut-to-Size and Custom Materials

All cut-to-size and custom-cut materials are final sale.

Due to the custom nature of these products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any materials that have been cut down from full rolls. Exceptions are made only in cases where the item arrives damaged or an incorrect product was shipped. Photo documentation is required.

Full Roll Returns

Unopened full rolls may be returned under the following conditions:

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Materials must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please submit your claim through the following page within 7 days of delivery:

Photo documentation is required to process all damage or incorrect item claims. Do not discard packaging or materials until the issue has been reviewed and resolved.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment after inspection of the returned items. Refunds will be issued minus original shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Cut-to-size or custom materials
Installed or used products
Items returned without original packaging
Items returned outside the 30-day return window

Shipping and Freight

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return freight on all approved returns. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be refunded minus shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees.

International Orders

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
